Nurture 2 Sleep Terms and Conditions

By making payment for your package or online course you agree to the below Terms & Conditions.

The services that we provide are not intended to replace or supplement the medical advice of your physician or children’s pediatrician.
You agree that none of the advice that we provide shall be considered medical advice nor should the advice be relied upon as medical advice. Therefore, you should consult with your physician or children’s pediatrician to rule out any potential underlying medical conditions before embarking on a new sleep program.
If a medical problem appears or persists, do not disregard or delay seeking medical advice from your physician or children’s pediatrician. Accordingly, we expressly disclaim any liability, loss, damage, or injury caused by the information provided to the client.
The client agrees not to contact their sleep consultant outside of scheduled meeting times unless undertaking the Deluxe Sleep Package which includes WhatsApp support (where you can send WhatsApp messages relating to your child and consultants will respond to all WhatsApp communication within 8 hours)
Payment:
The total cost of the package and/or consultation is required in advance. If payment has not been made in full the consultation will not take place.
Rescheduling:Â
The client will receive 1 free reschedule if Nurture 2 Sleep are notified minimum 12 hours prior to the consultation. There will be no rescheduling with less than 12 hours notice.Â
Expiration:
Consultations and calls will be valid for a period of 1 month from the date of purchase. After the 1-month validity period has expired, any unused consultations will be void.
Cancelation:
The client agrees that it is their responsibility to notify the consultant of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting. If you have made payments in advance for any uncompleted work, a 50% refund will be issued for any unused portion of the services. The amount of the refund will be calculated based on the portion of the services that have not been completed at the time of cancellation and 50% refunded back to your credit / debit card used for payment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded.Â
ConfidentialityÂ
Both client and consultant agree that all information and details shared will remain confidential. The client agrees not to share or distribute any package or course information.
